If you are making a payment to avoid loss of service or to have service restored, after payment is complete please call Customer Service during regular business hours at (925) 828-8524.
If payment is made outside of regular business hours and you need immediate restoration of service, please contact the after hours emergency number (925) 462-1212. After hours service fees may apply.
Failure to follow the remittance instructions for any method of payment may result in a delayed or rejected payment. It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure payment is received by DSRSD on or before the due date.
Sign up for AutoPay
Customers enrolled in AutoPay have their bills paid automatically on the due date directly from their bank account. This service eliminates the cost of postage and pays your bill on time. You will still receive a statement for your records (Dublin San Ramon Services District bills every 60 days).
