Arun Goel
Director, Division 5, Term 2024-2028
Arun Goel represents Division 5 (eastern Dublin) on the DSRSD Board of Directors.
Directo Goel was appointed by the Board in February 2021 to fill a vacant seat. Director Goel is a civil engineer (master's and bachelor's) with a focus in hydrology/hydraulics. He has experience as a flood control design engineer for the County of Alameda with in-depth understanding of watersheds, groundwater supply, drainage, and biofiltration. Director Goel has served on the Dublin City Council and the Dublin Planning Commission. He also has experience in fiscal responsibility, budgetary planning, and strategic vision planning.
