Richard (Rich) Halket

Richard M. (Rich) Halket represents Division 3 (western Dublin) on the DSRSD Board of Directors.
A certified public accountant, Vice President Halket is a finance and human resources executive for a solar energy systems manufacturer. Previously he was in public accounting practice, worked for 10 years in the enterprise software industry, and spent 10 years in hydrogeology consulting. Vice President Halket received a Bachelor of Science in geology from Stanford University and a Master of Science in hydrogeology from Washington State University.
