Richard (Rich) Halket

Richard M. (Rich) Halket represents Division 3 (western Dublin) on the DSRSD Board of Directors.
A certified public accountant, President Halket is a finance and human resources executive for a solar energy systems manufacturer. Previously he was in public accounting practice, worked for 10 years in the enterprise software industry, and spent 10 years in hydrogeology consulting. President Halket received a Bachelor of Science in geology from Stanford University and a Master of Science in hydrogeology from Washington State University.
